Our guides below will help you get started selling and provide more details on pricing your items, choosing your postage options, setting up how you'll get paid after a sale, and more.
Open an Account
Once you've signed up for a https://www.ghanaianproducts.com/ account, you will be logged in automatically. If not, click on the account icon,
and select "my account" at the dropdown. You will then be taken to your account page, scroll down till you see the seller Panel, select '' Become a seller" under the seller panel. You are now ready to become a seller. Do fill all the necessary areas to make sure you get a good exposure on google.
Account Approval
After we have received your seller account request, we will check your details and approve your account. You will receive a notification in your email to confirm account approval.
Creating a listing
After your account has been approved you are now ready to list your product. To start listing, go to your account and scroll down till you see "seller dashboard", click on it and you will be taken to your Vendor dashboard. Viewing on your PC, you will find all the buttons necessary for your product listing and seller account operation.
On mobile, click on the 3 lines on the seller menu to reveal the "add product" button.
Adding Products
1. Click ''product'' in your account to add a product.
2. You can use the product filter to look for a particular product if you have a huge number of products. But to add a new product you will have to click on the "plus" sign. See the below image for details.

General
Fill in all the necessary areas for better exposure in google, bing, and any other search engines.
Meta tag title should be the same as product name
The product description should be a little bit longer and don't forget to include your product keywords in it.
You can leave other areas not filled as our system will do that for you. You can also fill them if you know exactly what you want on there.
Data
This area has product details like the module, ean, qty, price, wight. Please fill this area to the best of your knowledge as these details will be needed for correct shipping calculation.

This is where you have to choose the store ( we have a multi-store, please only choose the store on which you are registered, if you want your product to show on other stores, you will need to pay an extra fee), manufacture, category, product tag, and related product. Product tags and related products will be filled automatically for you by our system, but if you want to do this yourself you can.
If your desired manufacture or category is not listed please let us know and we will add it for you.
Attributes, Options, Discounts, specials, Points can all be selected and filled depending on the kind of product you are listing or what you want to do. If you want to add an option and it's not listed available, let us know and we will add it.
Images
Kindly make sure you have the correct image, we do prefer a nice and attractive image. We prefer a 597 x 597 image dimension, use internet tools to resize your image in need.

More than 20 categories are open for selling on Honesty Sales; products in these categories can be listed without specific permission from Honesty Sales. Some categories only allow listings for new products. Some categories have additional guidelines that sellers must follow.

Fees and Charges
Listing fees
Sellers are charged 30p for each new listing created.
Final value fees
When your item sells, you pay 15% of the final transaction value, including taxes and postage. We call this a final value fee.
If your item doesn't sell you usually don't pay a final value fee. However, if you offer or reference your contact information to another user or ask a buyer for their contact information, in the context of buying or selling outside of www.ghanaianproducts.com, we charge a final value fee for introducing you to the buyer.
Final value fee credits
If for some reason the buyer doesn't pay, you need to cancel the unpaid order within 30 calendar days after the listing ended in order to eligible for any applicable fee credits.
